These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Letter Spill: Word Duel ("the App"), provided by Nish Games, operated by Sarp Eroğlu ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete Account).
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the app store's terms.
You agree not to:
The App lets you send messages to other players. You are solely responsible for the content you send. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You can block any user, and report abusive content from within the App. We may review reports and remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. We are not responsible for content created by users.
The App includes virtual currency ("gold") and virtual items (skins, frames, power-ups). These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed, not sold, to you for use within the App. We may modify, manage, or remove virtual items at our discretion. Except where required by law or by the applicable app store's policies, purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable.
In-app purchases are processed by the app store from which you downloaded the App (Apple App Store, or in a future release Google Play), and are subject to that store's terms and refund policies. We do not process or store your payment details.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. Multiplayer and online features depend on third-party services and your internet connection and may be unavailable from time to time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of the App.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us only, not Apple; that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App; and that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
