These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Pieces: Block Puzzle! ("the App"), provided by Nish Games, operated by Sarp Eroğlu ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You can play without signing in. If you link your player account to Apple or Google, you are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Account → Delete Account).
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the app store's terms. The App, its artwork, sounds, levels, and code are owned by Nish Games and protected by copyright.
You agree not to:
Your player name, avatar, and scores are uploaded to our servers and shown on public leaderboards visible to other players. Player names pass through an automatic profanity filter: a name that fails it cannot be saved, and a name that other players report may be replaced with a placeholder. We may remove scores obtained by cheating, modified clients, or exploiting bugs, and may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
The App includes virtual currency ("Gold") and virtual items (hints, avatars, and piece skins). These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, and are licensed, not sold, to you for use within the App. We may modify, manage, or remove virtual items and adjust the game's economy at our discretion. Except where required by law or by the applicable app store's policies, purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable.
Gold and virtual items are stored with your player account. While you play without signing in, they belong to the anonymous account on your device. Signing in for the first time turns that anonymous account into your account and keeps everything in it. But if you delete the App or replace your device before signing in, the Gold and items cannot be restored; and if you sign in to an account that already exists, that account keeps its own Gold and items while everything collected as a guest stays behind on the anonymous account and is lost. The App warns you before that second case happens and lets you cancel. Deleting your account, or having it removed for breaking these Terms, forfeits any remaining virtual items. Gold or items obtained through cheating or exploits may be removed.
In-app purchases are processed by the app store from which you downloaded the App (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to that store's terms and refund policies. Prices are shown in the store before you confirm. We do not process or store your payment details, and refund requests go to the store, not to us.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including online leaderboards and cloud saves. Online features depend on third-party services and your internet connection and may be unavailable from time to time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Sections 3, 6, 10, and 11 survive termination.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be waived.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us only, not Apple; that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App; and that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and is part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
